I had 3 of them hanging and the rest on the lower area. I then killed another capybara maybe two game days later and tried to dry those meats on the rack as well. WebSep 21, 2024 · You left it on the rack too long and it spoiled, same as if you picked it up immediately after it finished drying and were holding it in your bag. It must be a bug that it shows as unspoiled and remains directly edible basically forever if you leave it there, as I can't imagine they intended it to be that way.

Meat will never dry when it's raining, and even when it started drying - when the rain comes, the drying timer will reset. Doesn't happen under a frame with roof. #3
