WebPvp I dont think any sham spec is really s tier, ele in 5s sure, and resto are strong in arena but I think overall druid or priest come out ahead simply due to so many sham main heals being hard casted. Resto is far from bad tho. I can see enhance in some niche comps but again not super strong overall. All in all, tbc is a good time for shaman with enh and ele being A/S tier due to the nature of totems (you will always find a raid spot unless there are too many shaman) and resto is the best healer pve and pvp wise.
