Chuy's OG location has officially jumped the shark. No more Elvis Presley fried chicken. no more green chili rice. No ground sirloin rellenoes for gods sakes. They have permanently altered their menu to offer only non comida deluxe food. Drinks are still good, service was pretty standard. but food was a total let down.
